Between 2018 and 2022 I held multiple positions at Ada Health, starting as a visual designer and going on lead a 10 person Awareness Team with visual and motion designers, copywriters, event managers and analysts. Alongside personel and project management responsibilities I remained the principle brand designer and still personally created many of campaigns and marketing assets myself. Below is a selection of the work I personally carried out.

Given the nature of the product, detailed informational content was constantly required resulting in me creating scores of different brochures and flyers over my time there, both printed and digital and often in multiple languages. I also created plenty of fun promotional material as well, including a branded running-shirt for our company running team, illustrated tote bags, stickers, pens, masks, bandaids and many other things.
Part of my role as Awareness Team Lead involved creating in-person events on the topic of digital healthcare, for this myself and my team planned and promoted the events as well as creating all the physical and digital brand assets with various external partners, as well as hands-on set dressing and art direction.
Ada also had a presence at many other conferences and events, for these myself and team planned and executed the booths and on-site activities, creating signage, promotional items, informational material and booking suppliers for eveything from mobile advertising vehicles to coffee machines.
I created the concept and project-managed the creation of multiple brand, employer branding and enterprise product videos at Ada. I contributed design and motion design as well as collaborating with other designers, copywriters and external cinematographers depending on the individual projects goals.
Employer branding was a large part of my role at Ada. In collaboration with the People Team I created many digital assets supporting the hiring drive and am particularly proud of the onboarding boxes. With a relatively small per-person budget I was able to create custom boxes in high-quality textured paper wrapping, aligned with our brand colours, hoodies, water bootles, pens band-aids and high-quality notebooks which were wrapped in the same textured paper as the boxes, despite being produced in a different country.
My responsibility at Ada also included office branding, including way-finding signage and decoration. I worked directly with fabricators to produce and install illuminated signage, adhesive vinyl wayfinding signage and other brand assets to liven up the spaces.
When tasked with creating a premium business card for C-level and senior business development team members, I created a these multi-layered textured cards that were letterpress printed by hand in Lithuantia. At the time I was also doing R&D around moving Ada's brand into the 3D realm with Cinema4D and combined the two to create this animation.
